Desert locations receive more direct sunlight than any other because of fewer clouds, less air humidity and no plants or trees to provide shade. Desert animals are more exposed to UV than other reptiles. The reptile desert 10% UVB daylight fluorescent is a fuu-spectrum daylight lamp with 10% UVB output for proper calcium adsorption. It is ideal for desert species and all reptiles with high UV requirements. The desert 10% UVB is reflectorized for high intensity output.
